Create network between TCSF and Mozambican CSOs for cooperation; 2. Introduce the Japanese policy towards Africa, and the possible Japanese    funds that can support the Mozambican CSOs; 3. Introduce the opinion of African CSOs (incld. of Moz.) on the Japanese fund; 4. Introduce alternative kind of CSOs support programes by UN and otherdonors for stimulating the dicsussion; 5. Discuss the improvement of the Japanese fund together with Japanese Emassy and JICA staffs; 6.
