1. To update members present on Civil Society participation at the G8 Summit in Germany 2007.
2. To provide information on the 4th TICAD (Tokyo International Conference on African Development) to be held in May 28-30 and G8 Summit (July 7-9) in Japan 2008
3. To provide information on the upcoming C-CfA conference in Kenya, September 2007.
4. To provide information on Civil TICAD to be held in Tokyo, October 27, 2007.
5. To share information about other networking efforts among the African Civil Society Organisations.

6. To determine clear Mandate of C-CfA
7. To make consensus of establishment of "secretariat"
8. To clarify decision making process
9. To make suggestions about the process of making "Voices of African Civil Society" (deadline is September, 2007) to C-CfA.
10. To make suggestions about composition of 10 NGOs that should go to C-CfA conference in Kenya in September.
11. To appoint a person to write a draft letter to Diplomatic circles incld. Japanese embassies.
